Personalized items, including name embroidery, custom patches, or personalized bandanas, may require 4–7 business days before shipping.

🧾 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, customers do not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes on delivery. If a carrier requests such a payment, please contact us at service@puptailor.com so we can resolve it. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees may apply. Charges included in your order are shown at checkout; other charges may be assessed locally.
Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery time.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices and shipping charges are displayed in the currency assigned to your selected market: USD for the United States, CAD for Canada, AUD for Australia, GBP for the United Kingdom, and EUR for the European destinations listed above.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you cannot find your tracking email, please contact us at service@puptailor.com with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@puptailor.com.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.
What if my address is incorrect?
Please make sure your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, and country are correct before placing your order.
PupTailor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
My package is delayed or appears lost. What should I do?
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at service@puptailor.com.
If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If your order has not been delivered more than 45 calendar days after the order date, you are eligible for compensation of 50%–100% of the actual amount paid for the order. The applicable percentage will be determined based on the circumstances of your order. Please email service@puptailor.com with your order number so we can review the tracking and arrange the resolution. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events. The lost-parcel replacement and delay-compensation provisions above still apply.
Can personalized orders be changed after purchase?
Personalized products are made specifically for your order. Please review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Once a personalized order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
