PupTailor offers pet apparel, personalized pet accessories, lifestyle products, and matching products for pets and their owners.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, sizing information, colors, materials, prices, and images accurately. However, colors and visual details may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.

Because some products are handmade, personalized, or produced in different batches, minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended appearance or function may occur.

Our size guides are provided to help customers select an appropriate fit. Because every pet’s body shape and proportions are different, a size recommendation cannot guarantee an exact fit.

Before ordering, please measure your pet carefully and compare the measurements with the size guide shown on the applicable product page.

For apparel, chest measurement should generally be considered first, followed by neck and back length. Weight should be used only as a general reference unless the product page states otherwise.

Personalized and custom-made products may include customer-submitted names, text, photos, artwork, embroidery, patches, sizes, colors, and other customization details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, sizing, color, image, and personalization information before submitting an order.

PupTailor is not responsible for an error that accurately reproduces information submitted or approved by the customer, including a misspelled name, incorrect text, unsuitable size selection, low-quality uploaded image, or incorrect customization choice.

This limitation does not apply when an item is damaged, defective, produced incorrectly by us, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Please select an appropriate size, follow the product instructions, and supervise your pet while using or wearing apparel, bandanas, accessories, or other PupTailor products.

Inspect products regularly and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged, excessively worn, loose, or unsafe.

Remove the product immediately if your pet shows signs of discomfort, overheating, restricted movement, chewing, irritation, or distress.

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, PupTailor products are not intended to replace veterinary advice, medical equipment, certified safety restraints, or professional training tools.

The PupTailor name, logo, branding, website text, graphics, designs, product presentation, and other website content are owned by PupTailor or used with permission from the applicable content owner. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PupTailor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow product instructions, an unsuitable customer-selected size, unauthorized modification, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
