Two Layers, One Job: Keep the Heat In
The outside is a fine ripstop with a matte, slightly dry hand — it cuts wind, sheds a drizzle and wipes clean of mud. The inside is a lofted sherpa pile that feels like a fleece blanket and insulates even when the shell is cold to the touch.
Sherpa pile through the body, hood and all four legs — not just the back panel
Shell fabric is quiet enough for nervous dogs — no tarp crackle
Lining stays put at the cuffs, so no bunching when legs move
Packs down to about the size of a folded jumper
Long Back. Deep Chest. No Compromise.
Sighthounds are the hardest dogs to dress: too much chest for a standard small, too little body fat for anything thin, and a back that turns every "medium" into a crop top. This pattern was drafted on a Whippet and tested on an Italian Greyhound.
Back length runs long — the hem covers the tail base
Shoulder gusset keeps the front legs free at full extension
Funnel hood works with folded, pricked or sideways ears
Elastic at every opening, rigid at none — it moves, it doesn't ride
