Photo Tips for the Best Result
Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo.
Keep the full face visible, including ears and the top of the head.
Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, blur, shadows, and cropped features.
Upload the original image at the highest available resolution.
Size & Fit
The adult and pet garments use separate size selections. The adult tee has a relaxed unisex crew-neck fit. The pet tee is an easy pullover style designed for comfortable movement. Please review both size charts and measure before ordering; pet chest, neck, and back length are more reliable than weight alone.
Material & Care
Lightweight cotton-blend fabric for casual everyday wear. Turn garments inside out, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and air dry. Do not iron directly on the personalized artwork.
Personalized Item Policy
Please double-check names, photos, colors, and both sizes before ordering. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production issue. If your set arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact service@puptailor.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
