📦 Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

PupTailor currently ships within the United States only.

When will I receive my order?

Most non-personalized orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Personalized items, including name embroidery, custom patches, or personalized bandanas, may require 4–7 business days before shipping.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after shipment — $8.00

Free Standard Shipping: U.S. orders over $79

Priority Shipping: 5–8 business days after shipment — $15.00

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please contact us at service@puptailor.com with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at service@puptailor.com.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please check the following first:

  • Confirm your shipping address is correct.
  • Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, or delivery area.
  • Ask family members, roommates, or neighbors.
  • Check for a delivery notice from the carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at service@puptailor.com.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of pet hair, stains, odors, or damage
  • In original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Can I return personalized items?

Personalized items are made specifically for your pup and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production issue.

Personalized items may include:

  • Name embroidery
  • Custom patches
  • Personalized bandanas
  • Customized text, names, colors, or design details

Please review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

What if the fit is not right?

If this is your first PupTailor order and the fit is not right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will do our best to help you find the best fit solution for your pup.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your dog’s breed
  • Your dog’s chest, neck, and back length measurements
  • Clear photos showing the fit issue
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@puptailor.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

What does PupTailor sell?

PupTailor offers personalized pup apparel, accessories, and everyday essentials for sunny walks, play days, gifting, and every little adventure.

Our products may include pup apparel, hats, bandanas, name tags, walking essentials, travel accessories, and Pup & Me styles.

How does personalization work?

Personalization options may vary by product. Depending on the item, you may be able to add names, initials, patches, embroidery, or other custom details.

Please check each product page for available personalization options, character limits, placement, and production time.

Can I change the name or personalization after ordering?

Please email service@puptailor.com as soon as possible.

If your personalized item has not entered production, we will try to update it. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

How should I care for my PupTailor products?

Care instructions may vary by product. Please refer to the product page and the care label when available.

For apparel and fabric accessories, we generally recommend gentle washing and air drying when possible to help preserve shape, color, and personalization details.

Every pup’s body is different. For the best fit, measure your dog’s chest, neck, and back length before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?

Please measure your dog’s chest, neck, and back length, then compare the measurements with the size guide on the product page.

We recommend prioritizing chest measurement first. Weight should only be used as a reference.

What if my dog is between sizes?

If your dog is between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for better chest comfort and movement.

If you are unsure, email us at service@puptailor.com with your dog’s breed and measurements.

Are PupTailor products only for small dogs?

No. While “pup” is a warm and friendly way to refer to dogs, PupTailor is designed for dogs of different shapes and sizes.

Please always check the measurements on each product page before ordering.

🐾 Pet Safety

How should my pup wear apparel or accessories safely?

Please supervise your pet while wearing apparel, bandanas, tags, or accessories.

Remove the product if your pet shows signs of discomfort, overheating, chewing, restricted movement, or irritation.

PupTailor products are designed for everyday lifestyle use and are not intended to replace veterinary advice, safety restraints, medical equipment, or professional training tools.
