Most non-personalized orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Personalized items, including name embroidery, custom patches, or personalized bandanas, may require 4–7 business days before shipping.

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. More shipping destinations may be added in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please contact us at service@puptailor.com with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@puptailor.com.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

What if my address is incorrect?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

PupTailor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

My package is delayed or appears lost. What should I do?

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at service@puptailor.com.

We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier where possible.

PupTailor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Can personalized orders be changed after purchase?

Personalized products are made specifically for your order. Please review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Once a personalized order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
