Thank you for shopping with PupTailor. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Most non-personalized orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Personalized items, including name embroidery, custom patches, or personalized bandanas, may require 4–7 business days before shipping.

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has shipped.
Shipping fee: $8.00

Free Standard Shipping:
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $79.

Priority Shipping:
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has shipped.
Shipping fee: $15.00

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

PupTailor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@puptailor.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at service@puptailor.com.

We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier where possible.

PupTailor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Personalized Orders

Personalized products are made specifically for your order. Please review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Once a personalized order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
